Well hello there!
I finished and passed my latest Technician Module last week, and FINALLY got to go out in an ambulance. About bloody time! The first day was full of cut fingers and minor things that probably didn't warrant an ambulance, and the second day was full of situations that definitely did warrant an ambulance, including a guy who'd gone into cardiac arrest and was pronounced dead at hospital. Scary stuff, but I coped with it better than I thought I would especially as I've never seen a dead person before. At least I know that this is definitely the job I want to go into, and hopefully I can make a difference in my own small way.
On lighter news, I've bullied Martay into helping me build my new website. Even better, he's offered to host it for me so that I don't get stoopid banners :o) ah, the milk of human kindness! So this site will be subject to some overhaulage and may be down for a while, but I'm sure the dedicated among you will see fit to wander over here every so often to see what's cookin'! °h°
